1. Any officer may be removed from office under the following conditions:
    1. If she/he has not fulfilled her/his duties or has damaged the reputation of Student Council;
    2. If she/he has accumulated three strikes due to unexcused absences to either regular meetings and/or the General Assembly, or both: 1 absence = 1 strike
  2. The procedures for impeachment or removal from office are as follows:
    1. The decision shall be made by a two third majority of the Council, with the majority defined as two third of the members;
    2. A written statement of charges with the signature of the majority is required in both the Council’s records and the Department of Campus Life's records;
    3. The decision will be kept in the student's conduct file.
