Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University, K.S.A. The opening ceremony for the Safety Club at PMU was held successfully at the Prep Atrium. The focus of the ceremony was to inform the students and
faculty at PMU about the club’s plan for the academic year 2014-2015.
The event was successful in conveying this message and students were encouraged to become a part of the Safety Club team. A video was broadcasted about faculty and students feedback and comments about Safety Club. At the end, snacks and cakes were served to all present.
The Safety Club has been an integral part of many events within campus in the past and has helped maintain safety standards for the duration of those events. Also, the club has spread awareness throughout the campus in all issues related to safety.
About the Safety Club
Objectives and Goals
- To organize safety training for students (fire extension, first aid, etc.)
- To develop a strong safety attitude and instinct among PMU global community
- To encourage a safety oriented attitude among the PMU community
- To make sure that safety measures are respected by clubs operating on campus
- To draw attention on safety concerns at PMU premises
