PMU Chess Club members participated in the Eastern Region International Chess Championship organized by the Saudi Society of Chess. As a result, 

PMU players gained international experience and self confidence and earned respect from professional and international players for their tenacity and playing skills.

Campus Life encourages and supports the Chess Club for providing an intellectual and healthy activity that reinforce the critical thinking and other core competency taught in their academic course work. 

If you see the Chess Club or its members out on campus playing a game, challenge them to a match or ask them to teach you how to play. Maybe you will even consider joining the club!
